DHAKA, May 28, 2025 (BSS) - In a nationwide ongoing crackdown on criminals to uphold the law and order, 1540 more individuals were apprehended in the last 24 hours.

According to the statement of the Police Headquarters, 969 individuals were netted in previous cases and pending warrants while 571 other were captured on various charges.

During the operation, one pipe gun and seven sharp weapons were seized.
