Whenever we talk about elections, govt talks about reforms, trial: Abbas

DHAKA, May 28, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas today said whenever they demanded national elections, the interim government talks about reforms and trial.

He said this while speaking at a youth rally organized by three affiliated organizations of BNP-Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal and Swechchhasebak Dal- in front of the party's central office in Nayapaltan in the capital.

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman addressed the rally virtually as the chief guest with Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna in the chair.

Abbas demanded elections roadmap immediately for holding the national election by December next.
