Youths will play leading role in restoring democracy, hopes Salahuddin

DHAKA, May 28, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Standing Committee Member Salahuddin Ahmed today expressed the hope that the youths would play a leading role in restoring democratic system in the country through a free and fair election.

He expressed the hope while addressing a youth rally jointly organized by Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal in Nayapaltan in the capital.

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman addressed the rally as the chief guest on virtual platform with Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna in the chair.

Salahuddin underlined the need for establishing rule of law and restoration of democracy for the country’s overall progress.
