Check posts have been set up and regular patrols and intelligence surveillance have been strengthened to prevent incidents like robbery, mugging, and other untoward events, said a RAB-6 press release today.

Along with the Dhaka-Khulna highway, special operations are being carried out in other important areas under the control of RAB-6 to tackle crimes. Regular check posts and special patrols are also being maintained.

On Thursday (Yesterday) night, from 10.00 pm to Friday morning, special security check posts were installed in key locations, especially on highways across the responsible districts.

Moreover, intelligence surveillance in plain clothes has also been increased.
