DHAKA, June 3, 2025 (BSS) - BanglaFact, the fact-checking body and media research team of Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB), has a fabricated photocard falsely claims that lawyers of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) are handling the legal battle for ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina.

According to the fact-checking report, a photocard, featuring the logo of Daily Jugantor, has been circulated on social media platforms with a caption "BNP Lawyers are fighting for Sheikh Hasina".

BanglaFact confirmed that Jugantor has never published any such news report or photocard. 

Labeling the circulated photocard as fake and falsely tailored, BanglaFact noted that the photocard was created using the name and logo of Jugantor.
