DHAKA, June 25, 2025 (BSS) - As part of the ongoing nationwide operation, 1,833 more suspects were arrested and nine firearms along with ammunition were seized in the last 24 hours. 

According to the press release from the Police Headquarters, 1,191 individuals were apprehended in previous cases and outstanding warrants, while the remaining 642 on various criminal charges. 

Three pistols, two 7.65mm single barrel guns, four locally made pipe-guns, 13 rounds of bullets, nine rounds of cartridges, two magazines and several sharp weapons were seized during the operation.
