DHAKA, June 28, 2025 (BSS) - The BCS Information Association has expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Howlader Md. Rokibul Bari, Information Commission Secretary and an officer of the 11th batch of the BCS (Administration) cadre.
In a message of condolence issued today, Association President Abul Kalam Mohammad Shamsuddin and Secretary General Md Mamun Or Rashid prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
Describing him as a skilled and dedicated civil servant, the association leaders noted that Howlader Md. Rokibul Bari's death is a significant loss to the administrative service of the country.
Howlader Md. Rokibul Bari passed away at his residence in Khulna at midnight on Friday (June 27).
