DHAKA, June 28, 2025 (BSS) - BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman wished for quick and full recovery of political analyst and senior journalist Masud Kamal.
He inquired about Kamal’s physical condition over telephone from London this evening (BST).
During the conversation, the BNP acting chairman spoke about the country's current political situation.
Tarique Rahman also talked to Masud Kamal's wife journalist Shakila Sultana Swati.
Atiqur Rahman Rumon, convener of Amra BNP Paribar and member of BNP Media Cell Jahidul Islam Rony were present beside Masud Kamal during the phone call.
Masud Kamal is now at his residence at physicians’ advice and receiving treatment at a city hospital.
