DHAKA, June 29, 2025 (BSS) - A certain group of unidentified miscreants are 
making phone calls to different persons using the mobile profile picture of 
ASM Saleh Ahmed, senior secretary of the Land Ministry.

The ministry has asked the people to refrain from such type of phone calls 
which may ask you to make any exchange, temptation or any request through 
making phone call from the mobile number, said an official handout here 
today.
 
The Senior Secretary of the Ministry is currently abroad for his official 
work, it added.

"Your consciousness can save you from such kind of fraud," it said, adding 
that the concerned ministry also asked the people to alert their acquaintance 
in this regard.

"If anyone falls into this situation they must have to communicate with the 
law enforcing agencies as soon as possible," the handout added.
