SAVAR, Aug 29, 2025 (BSS) - Chief Coordinator of the Mass Solidarity Movement (Gonosanghoty Andolon) Jonayed Saki today said that reform of the governance and constitutional framework is indispensable, as democracy will not be established merely by a change of government.

"The governance system and constitutional framework helped the government become fascist, which will not fulfill democratic aspirations unless it is changed," Saki said.

He made the remarks while talking to reporters after paying tribute to the brave martyrs on the occasion of the 23rd founding anniversary of the Mass Solidarity Movement at the National Memorial here this afternoon.

He called for unity to change the fascist system and governance.

Leaders and workers from different levels of the party gathered at the memorial and paid tribute to the brave martyrs by placing wreaths.
