DHAKA, Sept 02, 2025 (BSS) – A preparatory committee has been formed, comprising 11 leaders from various professions, to organize the conference and council of the Bangladesh Sammilita Peshajibi Parishad within the next 90 days.

Earlier, the existing convening committee of the parishad was dissolved.

The convener of the Bangladesh Sammilita Peshajibi Parishad was Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, and the member secretary was Quader Gani Chowdhury.

Ismail Zabiullah, a member of the BNP Chairperson's Advisory Council, has been made the convener of the Conference and Council Preparation Committee.

The members are Barrister Kaiser Kamal, secretary general of Bangladesh Nationalist Lawyers Forum; Professor Dr. Morshed Hasan Khan, secretary general of University Teachers Association (UTAB); Kader Gani Chowdhury, member secretary of the newly dissolved committee and secretary general of BFUJ; Engineer Shahrin Islam Tuhin; DAB leader Dr. Zahirul Islam Shakil; Dhaka University teacher leader Professor Abdus Salam; AEB leader Professor Mostafiz; Zakir Hossain of Teachers and Employees Oikyajote; Rafiqul Islam, leader of the Nationalist Cultural Alliance; and Md. Mokshedul Momin Mithun (Amra BNP Paribar).

Agriculturist Mokshedul Momin Mithun, a member of the Conference and Council Preparation Committee of Bangladesh Sammilita Peshajibi Parishad, will perform the official duties of this committee.
