DHAKA, Nov 27, 2025 (BSS) – The Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) today launched its flagship event Robolution 2025 alongside the 4th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence & Internet of Things (RAAICON) at the Shaheed Yamin Auditorium.

MIST Commandant Maj Gen Md Nasim Parvez inaugurated both events on the campus. Young innovative students from across the country gathered to showcase their robotics innovations at Robolution 2025, said a press release issued by the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate this evening.

Jointly organised by the MIST Robotics Club and IEEE Bangladesh Section, the events offer a major platform for the academic and professional community to engage with emerging technologies and innovation.

The MIST Robotics Club serves as a national platform that brings together students from schools, colleges, and universities to demonstrate their skills through robotics competitions and challenges. The events also featured advanced technological sessions and keynote speeches.

Robolution 2025 included multiple competitions such as Battle of Bots, Line Following Race, Soccer Bot, Cosmo Clench, Valorant Gaming Competition, VLSI Design, and Arduino Code Challenge — aimed at testing participants’ engineering capabilities and fostering collaboration among young innovators.

The IEEE conference sessions were interspersed with Robolution’s programmes, featuring technical presentations and keynote addresses related to robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, and IoT, the release added.
