Women’s team jersey for World Cup unveiled

DHAKA, Sept 16, 2025 (BSS)—The Bangladesh Women’s national cricket team’s jersey for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 was unveiled today during an official function titled ‘Chasing Dreams Together’ to wish the team.

BCB President Aminul Islam Bulbul and Vice President and Chairman Women’s Wing Committee Nazmul Abedeen and CEO Nizam Uddin Chowdhury met the players and officials and wished them for the event.

The ICC Women’s World Cup, jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka begins next month.

The Bangladesh Women's team will play two official warm-up matches against South Africa and Sri Lanka on September 25 and 27 respectively in Colombo.

They will open the World Cup with the match against Pakistan in Colombo on October 2.
