DHAKA, Sept 19, 2025 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Futsal national team will kick off their AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers campaign tomorrow, facing Iran in their opening Group G match at Stadium Tertutup Sukp in Kuantan, Malaysia.

Ahead of the tournament opener, the team conducted their first training session today at the official match venue, according to a press release received here today.

The squad is fully focused, with every player determined to deliver their best performance and aim for a strong start in the competition.

Bangladesh has been drawn in Group G alongside Iran, host Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

After tomorrow's match against Iran, the team will play their remaining group fixtures against Malaysia on September 22 and UAE on September 24.
