DHAKA, Sept 25, 2025 (BSS)- BFF Academy Football team in the U-17 group reached semi final of the 2nd Tianwu Liufang Cup beating Shanghai Yanggpu Distirct Amateur Sports Center football team by 3-1 goals in the quarter final match held in Lijiang, China today, according to a message received here.

In the day’s match, Tahsan scored a brace in the  63rd and 76th minute while Hedayed supported him with a lone goal in the 23rd minute of the match.    

Earlier, the BFF Academy boys showed an impressive display beating hosts Shenyang by 4-0 in their opening group-stage encounter and thrashed Sri Lanka Academy Football team by 8-0 goals in the second match.

BFF Academy boys however suffered a 1-0 goal defeat to Wuhan China team in their ultimate group match to finish group runners-up.
