BOA to organise "Athlete365 Career+" workshop

DHAKA, Sept 25, 2025 (BSS)- Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) will organize a workshop titled "Athlete365 Career+" for the first time on the post athlete career development of Bangladeshi athletes on September 27-28.

Nearly forty athletes, aged from 20 to 30, from various federations will take part in the two-day workshop which will be held at the media centre of the BOA Bhaban, said a press release.

Master Educator Sharon Springer (USA), nominated by the International Olympic Committee, will arrive in Dhaka tomorrow Friday) to conduct the workshop.

She is currently working as the head of education Program at the Badminton World Federation.

On the first day of the workshop, four sessions will be organized on "Self Discovery" of athletes, namely 'Strength and Values', 'Interest and Skills', 'Passion and Impact' and 'Purpose and Planning'. 

On the second day of the workshop, athletes will be provided with special training on effective strategies for preparing their resumes, cover letters, and other documents for applying for various jobs.

The workshop will conclude with a certificate distribution and closing ceremony on September 28.

Syed Shahed Reza, the Secretary General of BOA, will be present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony.
