DHAKA, March 8, 2025 (BSS) - The election schedule for the Board of Directors of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) for the 2025-2027 term has been announced.

As per the announced schedule, the election to the posts of 35 directors of the Association will be held on May 28, 2025.

The last date for paying due subscription fees of the members is March 29, 2025. The last date for submitting voters' nomination papers is April 6, 2025. 

The aspirant candidates for the posts of directors will be able to submit their nomination papers till April 24, 2025 while the last date for withdrawing nomination papers is on May 6, 2025, said a BGMEA press release.

Regarding the upcoming election, the esteemed BGMEA members have been requested to contact with election board secretary (Director, EPB) Mahmudul Hasan for any kind of election related information.
