TANGAIL, Feb 19, 2025 (BSS) - Two people were killed in separate road accidents in Delduar upazila here today.
 
The deceased were Rashed, 34, son of late Nayeb Ali of Shahjahanpur upazila of Bogura district, and Bellal Hossain, son of late Abul Hossain of Pathorail village under Sadar Tangail upazila.
 
The first accident occurred when a pickup van hit a truck at 5:15am at Natiapara on the Dhaka-Tangail Highway, leaving pickup driver Rashed dead on the spot.
 
Besides, Bellal Hossain was killed when a truck hit him in the Pathorail area on the Delduar-Tangail regional road.
 
Delduar Thana officer-in-charge Md Soheb Khan confirmed the incidents.
