NAOGAON, Feb 23, 2025 (BSS) – A woman was killed in a road accident at 
Bijoypur intersection on the Naogaon-Rajshahi highway under Manda upazila of 
the district on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased was Zayeda Bibi, 65, wife of late Mansur Rahman, a resident of 
Hajigobindapur village in Kusumba union of the upazila.

The accident occurred when a truck hit the women while she was crossing the 
road. Critically injured Zayeda died on way to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, 
said Mansur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Manda Police Station.
