Three shops fined Tk 75,000 in Natore

NATORE, March 25, 2025 (BSS) - National Consumer Rights Protection Department today fined three food shops Taka 75,000 for producing food in an unhygienic environment.

A team of the department conducted drives at different markets of the district town throughout the day and fined three food shops Taka 75,000, said Assistant Director of the National Consumer Rights Protection Department Nazmul Hasan.

During the drive, the team fined Surya Sweets Taka 5,000, in the town's Madrasa Mor area, fined Nani Mishtanna Bhandar in the Station Bazar area Taka 50,000 and fined Taka 20,000 to Mamun Bakery in the Tebaria area.
