BAGERHAT, May 14, 2025 (BSS) – A two-day 46th National Science and Technology Week and Science Fair began at Bagerhat Swadhinata Udyan today.

Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Kamrul Hasan inaugurated the fair as the chief guest at 11 am.

Chief executive officer of Zila Parishad Bhaskar Debnath Bappi, additional superintendent of police Md. Shamim Ahmed, Sadar upazila nirbahi officer SA Mustafizur Rahman were present as special guests.

Representatives from the science clubs of the nine upazilas of the district set up stalls at the fair. 

Science Olympiad Junior and Senior Group Quiz Competition will be held at 12 noon tomorrow. 

Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Kamrul Hasan and the guests visited the stalls.
