NARAIL, June 27, 2025 (BSS) - A discussion and leaflet distribution programme was held at Piroli of Kalia upazila here on 31-Point Outline for Structural Reforms which was announced by BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman for repairing the state infrastructure.
Piroli union BNP organized the programme at a local high school ground at 8.30pm on Thursday while former senior vice-president and Ex-Mayor of Narail municipality Julfiqur Ali Mandal spoke as chief guest.
Piroli Union BNP vice-president M Jamir Hossain Molla chaired the function.
Jahirul Islam Jahir, general secretary of BNP’s the USA’s Texas State unit, spoke at the event as the key speaker while Zia Parishad and BNP leader retired professor of the Jagannath University BM NagibHossen spoke as the special guest.
Several thousand BNP leaders and activists joined the programme from different areas of the Kalia upazila. Leaflets on the 31-points were also distributed among the leaders and activists.
Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman brought revolution in the agriculture and he struggled to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country, said the speakers.
They said the 31-point announced by BNP acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has already created expectations among the people for building a corruption free prosperous Bangladesh.
