MANIKGANJ, June 28, 2025 (BSS) - A third-grade student of Quince School (KG 
School) was killed in a road accident near Khandaker Delwar Hossain College 
in Sadar upazila here today.

The deceased was identified as Al-Din, 9, son of Rafiqul Islam of Khagrakuri 
village of the upazila.
 
Sub-Inspector (SI) of Sadar Police Station Shahinur Islam said the accident 
occurred this noon when a truck hit the boy in the area, leaving him injured 
critically.

He was rushed to Manikganj Sadar hospital where the on-duty doctors declared 
him dead, he added.
