3 students expelled, 1059 absent on 3rd day of HSC exams in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, July 1, 2025 (BSS)- The 3rd day of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination under the Chattogram Education Board (CEB) passed off  peacefully today.

Three examinees were expelled from the English first paper examination for adopting unfair means, board source said.  

A total of 1059 students were absent today and 65 vigilance teams consisting of teachers and magistrates visited different centres.

 CEB reported that on the 3rd day, 87254 out of 88,318 students appeared in the examination in 115 canters of 307 colleges.

 
CEB controller, Professor Dr. Parvez Sajjad Chowdhury told BSS that the 3rd day of the examination was peaceful. The authorities had taken all possible measures to conduct the examinations in free and fair manner.
