LAKSHMIPUR, July 4, 2025 (BSS) - The Lakshmipur district branch of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB) today organised a voluntary blood donation and blood grouping programme to mark the anniversary of the July Uprising.

BNP Joint Secretary General and former MP Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anny attended the event as the chief guest, according to facebook page of BNP media cell.

BNP's Assistant Secretary for Health Affairs Dr Parvez Reza Kakon and Lakshmipur District BNP Joint Convener Advocate M. Hasibur Rahman were present as special guests.

Lakshmipur District DAB Convener Dr Nazmul Huq, Member Secretary Dr Abdul Karim Mithu, BIRDEM DAB President Dr Amirul Islam Pavel, Private Medical and Dental College Chhatra Dal Assistant General Secretary Dr Mehedi Hasan Shuvo, Assistant Secretary Dr Rasel Hossen, Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Chhatra Dal Member Secretary Dr Khalid Sifat, Private Medical and Dental College Chhatra Dal leader Dr Mir Sohan, and Dr M. Mahbub also attended the event.
