DHAKA, Sept 04, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, the main sponsor of ‘Amra BNP Paribar’, has stood by Ahnaf bin Ashraf Nabil, a teenage researcher from Brahmanbaria and inventor of the ‘Guardian Angel Plus’ app, to promote his merit-based excellence.

As per the directive of Tarique Rahman, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General and chief adviser of ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi today visited Nabil’s home in Brahmanbaria and met him along with two other members of his team.

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi handed over special financial assistance to them on behalf of Tarique Rahman to encourage merit-based excellence in research work.

During his meeting with Nabil, ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ Convener Atiqur Rahman Rumon conveyed Tarique Rahman’s greetings to him.

BNP Economic Affairs Secretary and Brahmanbaria district BNP President Engineer Khaled Hossain Mahbub Shyamol, ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ adviser Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul, Jatiya Press Club Management Committee member Zahidul Islam Rony, BNP leaders Masud Rana Liton and Shahadat Hossain, and former General Secretary of BUET Chhatra Dal Engineer Abu Hanif, among others, were present at the event.

Brahmanbaria District BNP General Secretary Sirajul Islam Siraj, Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal Central Joint General Secretary Md Hasanur Rahman Hasan, Co-Organizing Secretary Mizanur Rahman Rony, Private University Chhatra Dal Joint Secretary Mashiur Rahman Mahan, and Dhaka City North Jubo Dal leader Mainul Islam Sajal, among others, were also present on the occasion.

‘Guardian Angel Plus’ is the name of an app which serves as a multi-dimensional digital platform to ensure the safety of children, adolescents, and women.

The notable features of this app include a help button and live location sharing, mental health support and suicide prevention tools, a blood donor network and emergency information, AI-based emotion analysis, and environment and career awareness content.
