KISHOREGANJ, Oct 22, 2025 (BSS) - A seven years old boy died from electrocution at Nama Lakshya village under Pakundia upazila of the district this afternoon.

The deceased was Ali Usman, son of Emdadul Haque of the village and a student of a local Hafezia Madrasa.

 Usman died after being electrocuted while taking bath in the bathroom around 1 pm. Later, his family members rescued him and took him to Pakundia Upazila Health Complex where the doctor on duty declared him dead. 

Inspector (Investigation) of Pakundia Police Station, Md. Mubarak Hossain confirmed the incident.
