Bakhtiar Ahmed Kochi, General Secretary (GS) of Dinajpur District BNP.

DHAKA, Nov 6, 2025 (BSS)- Bakhtiar Ahmed Kochi has regained the post of General Secretary (GS) of Dinajpur District BNP unit. 

"Kochi's party post as general secretary of the Dinajpur District BNP unit had been previously suspended. The suspension order has been withdrawn today. He will now continue to serve as the general secretary of the Dinajpur District BNP unit," according to a press release, signed by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi. 

Earlier, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) had expelled Bakhtiar Ahmed Kachi, the general secretary of the Dinajpur district unit of BNP, from his position due to his alleged involvement in various misdeeds.
