NARSINGDI, Dec 12, 2025 (BSS) - The Narsingdi district administration on Thursday organized a vibrant victory rally and a discussion meeting to commemorate December 12, the day the district was liberated from Pakistani occupation forces.

The day's program began with a victory rally that started from Narsingdi Shilpakala Academy in the morning. 

The rally proceeded through various streets of the town and concluded at the Narsingdi Deputy Commissioner's Office. A discussion meeting followed at the conference room of the DC office.

Md. Monowar Hossain, Deputy Director of Local Government in Narsingdi, attended the event as the chief guest.

Narsingdi Civil Surgeon Dr. Syed Md. Amirul Haque Shamim, Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Kalimullah, freedom fighter Tofazzal Hossain Master, officials from different government departments, and other freedom fighters were also present on the occasion.
