Minor girl killed in Chuadanga road crash

CHUADANGA, Dec 15, 2025 (BSS) - A minor girl was killed when a trolley ran over her at Madhabpur village under Jibannagar upazila of the district today.

The deceased was Samia Akhter, 05, daughter of Shahjahan Ali of Madhabpur village. 

The accident took place at noon when a trolley ran over her while she was crossing the road.

Seriously injured Samia was taken to Jibannagar Upazila Health Complex, where the on duty doctors declared her dead. 

Assistant Superintendent of Police (Damurhuda Circle) Anwarul Kabir confirmed the matter.

A case was filed with Jibannagar Police Station in this connection.
