Nosimon driver killed in Narail road accident

NARAIL, April 24, 2026 (BSS) - A driver of locally made three-wheeler Nosimon was killed in a road accident as his vehicle collided head on with an engine-run auto-van on Narail-Magura road in the district this afternoon.

Deceased was identified as Jamirul Khan, 50, son of Khoka Khan, a resident of Burikhali village under Auria union of Narail Sadar upazila.

According to police and local sources, the accident occurred when a cattle-laden Nosimon collided head on with an auto-van around 4:30pm leaving Jamirul killed on the spot.

Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge of Narail Sadar Police Station, Md. Wali Mia, said police visited the scene.

He said after completing legal procedures, the body will be handed over to the family.
