As part of the directive, the RMP stated that animals for sacrifice must be loaded and unloaded from designated spots on animal-carrying vehicles.
People have been asked to remain vigilant at cattle markets against 'ogyan party' (gangs that drug victims), 'molom party' (gangs that use ointments/chemicals to incapacitate), and counterfeit currency rings.
It has advised to deposit money from animal sales safely in banks, and using the RMP's money escort service when transporting cash.
Citizens have been urged to immediately inform police of any information regarding extortion related to animal transport and markets.
At the same time, people have been advised to take necessary precautions to avoid fraud when buying and selling sacrificial animals online.
The directives further state that animals should not be slaughtered on the road.

They have also been asked to promptly notify police if any untoward incident occurs or is likely to occur.
