DHAKA, May 25, 2026 (BSS) - The Dhaka University (DU) unit of Chhatra Dal has paid tributes and offered prayers at the grave of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam today, marking his 127th birth anniversary.

DU Chhatra Dal's Office Secretary Mallik Wasi Uddin Tame said Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Senior Joint Secretary General and Adviser to the Prime Minister Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, and Chhatra Dal Central Parliament's General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir were present. 

DU Chhatra Dal President Ganesh Chandra Roy Shaha, General Secretary Nahiduzzaman Shipon, and Senior Joint General Secretary Md. Nasir Uddin Shaon were also present.
