DHAKA, July 31, 2025 (BSS) - FactWatch, a Bangladesh-based independent fact-checking organization, has identified videos being circulated on social media as footages of the aircraft crash in Uttara, which are actually AI-generated.

According to a FactWatch investigation report, the videos are being shared on social media claiming that the videos are the footages of Bangladesh Air force training aircraft crashing into Milestone School and College in the capital's Uttara area and crowds of excited people.

However, FactWatch investigation found that the videos are AI-generated and has no connection to July 21 incident in Uttara.
