DHAKA, Feb 6, 2025 (BSS)-The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced a 
handsome amount for the winners of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

Fortune Barishal, which is out to win their second straight BPL title will 
take on Chittagong Kings in the grand final tomorrow (Friday) at Sher-e-
Bangla National Cricket Stadium. 

Chittagong had never won a BPL title but this time, they are confident to 
break the jinx. 

This year the champions will be rewarded with Taka 2.50 crore, Taka 50,000 
more than the previous year. There is also increase for runners-up team who 
will be awarded with Taka 1.50 crore, instead of Taka 1 crore.

This year, the BCB will award third and fourth team respectively with Taka 60 
lakh and 40 lakh, unlike the past year. BCB also include an award for 
Emerging player of the tournament who will get Taka 3 lakh. The amount for 
other categories remains same.

Champions - Taka 2.50 crore.

Runners-up - Taka 1.50 crore. 

Third Position Team - Taka 60 lakh

Fourth Position Team - Taka 40 lakh

Player of the Match (Final) - Taka 5 lakh

Player of The Tournament- Taka 10 lakh

Highest Run Getter - Tak 5 lakh 

Highest Wicket Taker- Taka 5 lakh

Emerging Player of the Tournament - Taka 3 lakh 

Best Fielder- Taka 3 lakh
