SANGSAD BHABAN, June 7, 2026 (BSS) - A group of promising women footballers from Nandail upazila in Mymensingh today fulfilled their long-cherished dream of visiting the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, thanks to the initiative of State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Yasser Khan Choudhury.

The young footballers had expressed their desire to tour the National Parliament. Upon learning of their wish, the state minister promptly directed officials concerned to make the necessary arrangements for their visit.

As part of the initiative, the players were given the opportunity to enter and explore the country's highest legislative institution and its premises.

The footballers were seen enjoying the visit and expressed excitement as they toured different parts of the Parliament complex.

People present during the visit said the state minister's support and encouragement would inspire the girls to continue pursuing their sporting ambitions and motivate other young athletes from remote areas of the country.

The team conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to the state minister for helping turn their dream into reality and providing them with a memorable experience.
