DHAKA, Sept 16, 2025 (BSS) - In the ongoing nationwide anti-criminal crackdown, police arrested 1,661 more crime suspects in the last 24 hours.

According to the Police Headquarters, 1,126 of them were netted in previous cases and pending warrants, while 535 others were captured on various criminal charges.

One country-made single barrel gun and three rounds of cartridges were seized during the operation.
