Lalmonirhat, Oct 24, 2025 (BSS) - A massive public meeting was held in Kaliganj, Lalmonirhat, focusing on implementing the 31-point agenda for state structure reform announced by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

The rally, organized by the Kaliganj Upazila BNP, took place on Thursday night at the Komir Uddin Public High School field.
 
Thousands of leaders and activists from the BNP and its associate organizations, hailing from various unions in the Aditmari and Kaliganj Upazilas, participated in the event.

Lalmonirhat District BNP Vice President and party nominee for the Aditmari-Kaliganj constituency, Rokan Uddin Babul attended the event as the chief guest. 

The meeting was presided over by Bidhanchandra Roy, Senior Joint Convener of the Kaliganj Upazila BNP, while Mostafizur Rahman, Joint Convener of the Aditmari Upazila BNP, spoke as a special guest.

In his address, Rokan Uddin Babul asserted that the establishment of a welfare-oriented state is possible through the implementation of Tarique Rahman's 31 points. 
 
He urged all attendees to unite and ensure the victory of the BNP candidate.
