JAHANGIRNAGAR UNIVERSITY, Oct 26, 2025 (BSS)-Jahangirnagar University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Kamrul Ahsan scheduled to leave Dhaka tonight on a five day visit to China to attend the 4th General Assembly of the ANSO and ANSO General Conference on Science and Innovation.

During the visit, the VC will attend three seminars titled 'Science for Sustainable Development', 'AI Development and Governance' and 'Capacity Building and Higher Education Cooperation in STEM', said a press release signed by JU Acting Director of Public Relations Office Mohammad Mahiuddin this evening.

Professor Ahsan will stay in China from October 27 to 31 and is expected to return home on November 1, the release added.
