ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, Kushtia, April 6, 2026 (BSS) - Results for the B-unit
(Humanities) admission test under the General Science and Technology (GST)
cluster, a centralised entrance examination system for public universities in
Bangladesh have been published today, showing a 60.50 percent passing rate.

Mizanur Rahman from Brahmanbaria secured first position with 81.5 out of 100.
GST core committee secretary Professor Dr Manjurul Haque confirmed the
result.

Of 93,102 applicants, 76,755 sat for the examination. Among those, 46,630
students passed by scoring 30 marks or above. The papers of 36 students were
cancelled due to discrepancies in roll numbers and identification.

Notably, around 18 percent of registered applicants did not appear for the
test.

The lowest score recorded was 16.25, reflecting the negative marking scheme
applied to incorrect answers.

Students can check their results by logging into the GST website using their
roll number and password.
