Health details compulsory for primary school admission

DHAKA, April 21, 2026 (BSS)- The government has now made it compulsory to provide health related information during primary school admission in the identical form.

An office order, issued by assistant director (Policy & Operation) of the Directorate of Primary Education Bhupesh Ranjan Roy, confirmed the information today.

According to the office order, an identical admission form has been developed including necessary health related information for the admission in all primary schools across the country.  

The office order asked the relevant authorities to record health information of the current students of running academic year in the uniform admission form and to take necessary measures to implement the admission process through the mentioned form in the next academic year.
