RAJSHAHI, May 10, 2026 (BSS) - The orientation class for 1st year undergraduate and undergraduate (honors) students of the 2025-2026 academic 
session was held at Rajshahi University (RU) today. The campus came alive with the presence of new students.
 
On this day, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Mohammad Main Uddin, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) Professor Md. Farid Uddin Khan, and 
Registrar Professor Iftikharul Alam Masud visited the 1st year orientation classes of several departments and delivered motivational speeches to the 
students.
 
In a welcome message to the new students, Vice-Chancellor Professor Md. Faridul Islam extended his heartfelt greetings and congrat
ulations to the students admitted in the 2025-2026 academic session.
