DHAKA, May 8, 2025 (BSS)- Fact-checking body Rumor Scanner has detected that old videos and pictures of the Pak-India conflict are being widely circulated on the internet and AI is also being used.
 
The fact checking watchdog identified that old videos of different incidents claiming to be videos of Indian soldiers being carried away in the Pak-India conflict.
 
Rumor Scanner also identified that old videos of Israeli attacks on Gaza hospitals claiming to be videos of Indian missile attacks in Pakistan, and old videos of Turkey claiming to be videos of Indian military helicopters being shot down.
 
They identified that media outlets are circulating old images of Israeli attacks on Gaza as footage of Indian attacks on Pakistan.
 
Media is also circulating old images as footage of Indian fighter jets being destroyed by Pakistan, and video game footage as footage of Pakistan downing an Indian fighter jet, they added.
