DHAKA, Jan 21, 2026 (BSS) – The government today appointed Md Abul Hasanath Humayun Kabir as Director General (DG) of Directorate General of Food, DG of Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET).

The public administration ministry issued a notification in this regard this evening. 

It said Md Abul Hasanath Humayun Kabir was serving as the DG of Directorate General of Food under the ministry of foods.

The notification said that the transfer order issued for public interest will come into effect immediately.
