Two Eid congregations to be held at DU central mosque

DHAKA, March 20, 2026 (BSS) - Two congregations (Jamaat) of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr will be held this year at the central mosque (Masjidul Jami’a) of University of Dhaka likewise previous years.
 
The first congregation will take place at 8:00 am, while the second one will be held at 9:00 am, according to a DU press release. 
 
The first congregation will be led by the mosque’s Senior Imam and Khateeb, Hafez Maulana Nazir Mahmud. The second congregation will be led by the mosque’s Senior Muezzin, M A Jalil.
