42 suspected criminals arrested in Mirpur

DHAKA, June 28, 2026 (BSS) – Police have arrested 42 suspected criminals through special operations from city’s Mirpur areas.
 
“They were allegedly involved in various crimes under Mirpur Model Police Station areas,” said a Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) press release here today.

It said that Mirpur Model Police Station conducted a special operation in various crime-prone areas on Saturday and arrested them.

The DMP release said that police produced them before the court.

It said that the arrested have been facing arrest warrant and regular cases.
