DHAKA, May 8, 2025 (BSS)- City Club, Little Friends Club and PWD Sports Club
won their respective matches of the Bashundhara Group Bangladesh Championship
League football held at three separate venues today (Thursday).

Held at Fortis Jalshiri ground, City Club beat Uttar Baridhara Club by 2-0
goals with Shahed Mia and Mijanur Rahman scored one goal each for City Club
in the 8th and 63rd minutes respectively.

In the day's another match, Little Friends Club blanked Dhaka Rangers
Football Club by 2-0 goals held at Bashundhara Kings arena practice ground.

After the barren first half, Md Rakib and Rajbongshi scored one goal apiece
for the winning team in the 65th and 90th minutes respectively.

In the day's other match, PWD Sports Club edged ten men Farashganj Sporting
Club by a solitary goal scored by Minhazul Karim Shadin in the 71st minute of
the match.

Delowar Hossain of Farashganj was shown direct red card by the referee for
his unsporting behavior.
