DHAKA, May 10, 2025 (BSS)- The final round of Inter-District Volleyball Competition will be held at the Shaheed Noor Hossain National Volleyball Stadium from May 17-19.

The new ad-hoc committee of the federation, after taking the charge, is making preparation to organize the final round.

Talking to BSS, Bangladesh Volleyball Federation general secretary Bimal Ghosh Bhulu informed that they have completed all the preparations to start of the final phase. The date has also been finalized and the competition will commence from May 17.

Earlier, the qualifying round was held in six regions. The champions and runner-up teams from each region have qualified for the final round. Last year's champions, Rajshahi, will directly participate in the final round.

The participating teams are: Rajshahi, Jamalpur, Tangail, Rajbari, Faridpur, Satkhira, Jessore, Pabna, Bogura, Khagrachari, Chattogram, Narail and Magura.

The zonal phase of the competition was held last year. However, the previous committee of the federation could not organize the final round.
