BCB Observes July Martyrs Day

DHAKA, July 16, 2025 (BSS)-The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) today observed the July Martyrs Day in remembrance of those who laid down their lives during the historic July Movement of 2024.

To honor their sacrifice, the BCB arranged a series of commemorative activities across its offices. The National Flag was kept at half-mast throughout the day at all BCB establishments in the country. 

In a gesture of community support, the BCB also organized the distribution of special meals to Madrasa students.

The day began with the recitation of the Holy Quran at the BCB premises. A special Dua was held after Duhr prayers for the martyrs. 

In addition, the BCB staff wore black badges as a symbol of mourning.
