DHAKA, Oct 17, 2025 (BSS) —The trophy of the three-match ODI series between Bangladesh and West Indies was unveiled at historic Lalbagh Kella in Dhaka today. 

The unveiling ceremony took place in front of the iconic Pori Bibir Mazar, located at the 17th-century Mughal fort. Captains of both teams –Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Shai Hope were present to reveal the series trophy.

This event is part of the BCB’s ongoing Cricket Tourism initiative in collaboration with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, aimed at promoting the country’s cultural heritage through cricket. 

“The BCB sincerely thanks the Department of Archaeology, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, for their support in making Lalbagh Kella available as the venue for this special occasion,” a BCB press release stated.
